Boats annnnd!... That’s right! Winona’s annual Boats and Bluegrass festival has rolled through town once again! spreading its sweet bluegrass tunes to anyone who got a chance to listen. But don't worry if you didnt make it, because we did! And KQAL made sure to record it for you. So dont be blue becuse were going to be playinh these magic sounds all season long. 

Tonight we have Slapdash Bluegrass. This bluegrass band hails from three different states but bases themselves in Decorah Iowa. Their sound is that classic old time bluegrass feel with the twang of the banjo, bouncing bass, rambling guitar, and playful mandolin mixed in with an energizing fiddle and some slaptastic vocals, that'll have you singing along in no time. 

And, with a name that rhymes you know your in for a good time!
